Gate Gourmet; I was invited in by this clients COO to analyse their current operations as part of a restructuring exercise of their entire business case capabilities. I base-lined their operations, process and resource structures, validated their supply chain, safety and quality cultures. I upgraded their maintenance and facilities management cultures, their request for quotes, supply chain selection and prequalification and participated in the recruitment of a head of engineering and handed control of their facilities over to their newly appointed EM in a timely and commercially/service delivery, focused fashion. My contributions enabled greater clarity and true transparency of their entire business dynamic, significant culture, commercial and service delivery enhancements across their entire business case, including the potential for; greater asset integrity and global cost savings.
Tyson FM; I was brought into evaluate my clients stalling service delivery capabilities and to instigate fast track effective project recovery initiatives. Whilst major service deliver slippage could not be entirely mitigated I was able to restructure their operating structures and client interfacing capabilities. This required overhauling their request for quotes, supply chain selection / prequalification and operational time management and services execution.
Serco FM; I was asked to come in and develop, manage and implement a recovery protocol for their maintenance and facilities management service delivery function for their client State Street Bank across an FM portfolio in the; UK, Ireland, Channel Isle, Germany, France, Holland, Italy and Luxemburg. I restructured their site, processes, personal and data management operations, implemented a new CMMS, improved their reporting function and raised their professional standing with their client. I then handed over the overall day to day management and responsibility for this service delivery function to an in house maintenance manager.
Optilan Communication Systems; I was asked to come in and support them through their service delivery transition from a projecting and install function into a: maintenance and facilities management service delivery function on the St Pancras International Eurostar Terminal. I restructured their site, processes, personal and data management operations, implemented a new CMMS, improved their reporting function and raised their professional standing with their client. We then handed over the overall day to day management and responsibility for this service delivery function to an in house maintenance manager.
G3 Systems Ltd; their ministry of justice temporary custodial build program had stalled and they were in danger of having the project taken off them. I turned this project around rapidly, restructuring their office based project team and their field support structures, I enhanced their supply chain function whilst raising also their professional standing on the project. This project was delivered which was very unlikely prior to our engagement.
AMMEC/NNC; this client was engaged on a Continuous Operational Safety Review COSR for British Nuclear group and was responsible for producing all associated; safety, maintenance and operations instructions. I was brought in to provide both projecting and technical documentation support and helped ensure that all project milestones and package handover dates were met.
BAA Heathrow; they were going through a major change and were suffering commercially from poor performance in their facilities and maintenance management delivery and end user service supply. I stabilized their managerial structure, rationalized their service providers, implemented a wide range of service level agreements and supported the company via interim support until they were able recruit in house professionals.
BNFL Magnox Generation; this client was engaged on decommissioning the Windscale Gas Cooled Nuclear Reactor. They had attempted four times to implement an operational maintenance management structure & CMMS and had failed on all occasions. I based lined the plant, created the data and process structures, implemented a CMMS, produced all the necessary support documentation and were given a commendation from the nuclear inspectorate of industry for the efficiency, transparency and functionality of our implemented structures.
ABB Sai Sedelmi; awarded the build contract for the Taweela B power plant in the UAE but they had no quality assurance or technical documentation processes or structures in place to support their build program. I created a technical documentation department, produced all their quality plans, risk assessments and installation method statements and secured a TAB accreditation from their client.

Jacobs Davis; awarded a lucrative FM project for a client with facilities throughout the
Balfour Beatty Rail: awarded a maintenance and building services project from a regional network, however after two fatal accidents we were invited to come in and provide strategic maintenance and operational safety support. There were no more lost time or fatal incidents and the company was awarded further contracts.
